Ensuring employment sustainability and financial resilience through a multi-layered model of well-being and immersion for Ukrainian Refugees in local communities

About IMMERSED

The IMMERSED project is dedicated to empowering Ukrainian refugees in Poland, Slovakia, and Romania by fostering lasting employment, financial independence, and meaningful community participation. By combining innovative training, psychological support, and community-based initiatives, the project addresses both the professional and personal needs of refugees.

IMMERSED brings together partners from public, private, academic, and civil society sectors in a dynamic Quadruple Helix partnership to create a comprehensive support model that can be adapted across different local contexts.
